Do you work with businesses outside Colorado?
Yes. I’m based in Colorado and work remotely with small businesses across the United States.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
I use QuickBooks Online. I can help you set up a new account or organize an existing one.
How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping uses flat monthly pricing based on your business’s size and needs. We’ll talk through your situation during a free consultation, then I’ll prepare a proposal with the scope and price.
Do I still need a CPA or tax preparer?
Yes. Watchful Bookkeeping does not prepare taxes. I keep the books organized and can coordinate with your tax preparer so they have the financial information they need.
I’m way behind on my books. Can you help?
Yes. I’ll review your records first, then explain what needs to be done and give you a quote.
How is my information secured?
Before work begins, we’ll discuss QuickBooks permissions and how to share records. Please don’t send passwords, account numbers, or financial documents through the contact form.
